MTA method for the KM Total Solution

The primary basis of the methodology we use in the Knowledge Management Total Solution is a combination of basic models such as the Nonaka and Takeuchi models and world-class deployment models such as the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) knowledge management framework and the APQC framework.
In this methodology, considering the processes of converting explicit to implicit knowledge and vice versa on individual, collective and organizational scales, initiatives based on the three-pillar model of knowledge management (culture, structure, and technology) are created. In other words, different solutions have been created in three main areas of culture, structure, and technology (or people, process, leadership, and technology) and to support team and organization’s strategies.

Successful cases of implementing a KM Total Solution

Complete and step-by-step implementation of the Knowledge Management Total Solution and then a practical commitment to implement the knowledge management excellence roadmap will lead to tangible internal results such as saving time and money, improving internal processes, and preventing duplication, along with brilliant results. Many of these successful companies have become the basis for research by other Iranian organizations and companies. Such as Tehran oil Refinery, Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company, MIDHCO, and etc.
