MTAShare is MTA’s main innovation. It is a knowledge management software with unique features to modify knowledge management activities in large and medium-sized organizations. MTAShare is a web-based system that captures all kinds of knowledge packages, like lessons learned, suggestions, ideas, questions, and discussions from staff and teams, and evaluates and disseminates them to all passionate or dependent employees. All knowledge-workers have dynamic profiles with grades and medallions in key knowledge areas and compete to share knowledge to showcase their abilities to managers and colleagues. In one word, MTAShare becomes the organization’s knowledge treasure which circulates validated high-value content and also connects experts and expertise, and displays employees' masteries. MTAShare is an appropriate solution for organizational amnesia, talent hunting challenge, and repeated failures in organizations.
