Video Knowledge Documentation
Video Knowledge Documentation is an attempt to record lessons learned and share them via MTAShare.These lessons learned are either more relevant to the field of skills than knowledge or that can only be documented with images. Especially in industrial areas, some actions have many details that can be well conveyed in a video, and the text is practically incapable of conveying those dimensions. In other words, a few minutes of video, if created professionally and based on the method of documenting visual knowledge, can transfer much more experience than written texts. Also, because different viewers with different specializations can view the knowledge video, it provides a specific impression for each viewers' category.
In fact, in documenting visual knowledge, knowledge and experience can be transferred from a linear state to a nonlinear and multidimensional state. In many highly complex technical processes, written documentation alone does not allow for maximum knowledge transfer. For example, accurate imaging with a pre-designed scenario for overhaul repair processes or commissioning high-complexity equipment will maximize the recording and transfer of experiences.
During the project implementation, challenges, technical problems, events, happenings, initiatives, creativity, various changes occur with financial costs. If these cases are documented and stored in MTAshare, it will help avoid duplication in the implementation of existing and plans and projects. Also, documenting project experiences visually will help to record all project implementation processes in full detail.

Methodology
MTA implemented the first experience of visual knowledge documentation in the country in the overhaul process in the National Copper Company of the Kerman region. A video documentary of the experiences of setting up furnace burners in the rolling mill of Shahid Bahonar Copper Company and a video documentary of repair experiences in Barez Company have been other activities of MTA in this field. Later, this solution has been implemented in many industrial companies of the country, especially in times and special measures such as repairs, accidents, corrective measures, etc. It is noteworthy that the retrieval of this visual knowledge in similar operations in the same companies has reduced costs and rework and the optimal transfer of multifaceted experiences.
