Human resources and organizational knowledge are the main assets of the National Iranian Drilling Company. Knowing this issue and being aware of the necessities of the knowledge age and the knowledge-oriented thinking of managers, the National Iranian Drilling Company has carried out activities in the form of a quality management system to manage the processes of creating, sharing, applying, and developing organizational knowledge. In this regard, after holding initial meetings with the managers of the organization and selecting a pilot to implement the plan, the project of documenting and sharing the experiences of the organization in the National Iranian Drilling Company during nine months and in the form of 5 main phases has begun since 1399.
