The project of documenting the lessons learned and the best strategies for managing the development plans of 12 to 24 South Pars was started at the end of 2017 with the research unit of Pars Oil and Gas Company and the initiative of the CEO of the organization. This project's overall purpose is to document the managerial experiences of South Pars gas field development projects with a human knowledge-based approach to extract knowledge, including lessons learned and experiences, strategies, successes, and failures and perspectives on key management issues in phases 12 to 24 of South Pars, To leave a valuable collection for the future of the experts active in this field.

Development of employees' public participation in organizational processes, development of learning at the employee level, avoidance of duplication, and reduction of costs are part of the results of launching this system
