Knowledge management (KM) is essential today for organizations to stay agile in a dynamic business environment; Thus, organizations are increasingly investing in knowledge management. Given that KM is a complex process that involves people, processes, and technology, a set of coherent and understandable principles and understanding of KM is needed to guide and implement it. Maturity is the process of developing an object, process, technology, or organization over time.
