The Ministry of Roads and Transportation, as the most extensive ministry in the country, covers a wide range of specialists and scientists and various fields of knowledge. On the other hand, the fact that more than 50% of the specialized staff of some areas of the Ministry of Roads and Transportation is about to retire forced the ministry officials to think of a solution with a knowledge management approach.
In this regard, MTA has been implementing several projects to implement a knowledge management platform in the Ministry of Roads and Transportation since 2008.
