The operational start of implementing knowledge management in the Mineral Processing Research Center was in October 2016. An introductory seminar on the concepts of knowledge management for managers and experts was held in the first step. To continue recognizing and evaluating the maturity of knowledge management in the center, each unit's knowledge fields, including chemistry, mineralogy, environment, chemical analysis, and technical management of engineering and processing, were obtained while visiting different sections and knowledge tree of Materials Processing Research Center was developed. At last, MTAShare has been implemented as the infrastructure for all of those initiatives.
