One of the biggest concerns of the National Petrochemical Company is the departure of key people, mainly due to retirement, as a result of which the organization loses the implicit knowledge in the minds of these experts that emerged in the petrochemical industry over the years and as a result, mistakes are repeated and successes are not reproduced.
In this regard, in 2010, MTA was commissioned to document and extract knowledge from 50 selected managers of the National Petrochemical Company and cycle it in MTAShare software.
