Implementation of the Knowledge Management Development Project

The Knowledge Management Development Project at Kangan Petrorefining was implemented over an 8-month period and was designed to integrate organizational knowledge and promote continuous learning at the company level. The project consisted of five main phases, ranging from assessing the current situation and reviewing the extracted knowledge, to building an organizational culture, implementing digital tools, and documenting key experiences, so that organizational knowledge was sustainably institutionalized in operational processes and a suitable platform for continuous improvement was provided.
With a forward-looking perspective, this project not only emphasizes the organizational development of Kangan Petrorefining, but also transforms knowledge assets as a foundation for sustainable growth.
