Khuzestan Regional Electricity Company, as one of the main pillars of Iran's electricity industry, is responsible for the generation and transmission of electricity in two key provinces of Khuzestan and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, and with an area of ​​over 81,000 square kilometers, it plays a regional role in sustainable energy for the industrial and economic development of the southwest of the country. In this complex operational structure, technical knowledge and accumulated experiences are not only the fuel engines of innovation, but also face increasing challenges such as technological fluctuations and developments.
In a situation where the electricity industry is facing increasing pressure, including optimization and the need to reduce resources to fossil fuels, implementing a comprehensive knowledge management plan for companies such as Khuzestan Regional Electric Company requires a strategic number. This plan allows the organization to systematically collect and use student capital, so that the company can respond more agilely to environmental changes and prevent unauthorized experiments, without getting involved in complex technical complexities.

Establishment of a comprehensive knowledge management system plan
This project, which was implemented in eight-month intervals, proceeded with five phased and coherent formats and was designed and implemented in the main phase. From assessing the current situation and identifying the level of maturity of knowledge management, to extracting key knowledge, compiling and implementing guidelines, and finally building on training and culture building in order to institutionalize knowledge management in organizations, this project has been carried out.
With a forward-looking perspective, this plan not only opens a door to a smarter and more dynamic organization, but also places Khuzestan Regional Electric Company on the path of sustainable development by examining and utilizing knowledge assets. In order to maximize operational performance, increase human resource productivity, and strengthen the company's competitive position in the Iranian electricity industry, this project promises an era of continuous innovation and greater resilience to the challenges ahead.
