Bushehr Petrochemical Company

Bushehr Petrochemical Company is one of the largest petrochemical projects in the country in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, which relies on human capital, modern technologies and sustainable production to complete the value chain and protect the environment. With an annual production capacity of about 6.6 million tons and in three implementation phases, this complex is pursuing the vision of becoming the largest petrochemical in the region.

Establishment of a comprehensive knowledge management system
The project to establish a comprehensive knowledge management system in Bushehr Petrochemical Company began in July 2025. This project was designed with a structured and phased approach, with the aim of recording, transferring and purposefully utilizing technical knowledge, project experiences and operational learnings.
The focus of this project is on aligning knowledge management with the project-oriented nature of Bushehr Petrochemical, strengthening the culture of recording and sharing learnings, and creating the necessary infrastructure to transform experience into lasting organizational knowledge; An approach that helps reduce duplication, facilitate organizational development, and protect knowledge assets.
