Fara Bourse Iran
Iran Over-the-Counter Exchange Company is one of the pillars of the country's capital market and operates under the supervision of the Stock Exchange Organization. This market was formed with the aim of creating a simpler and more flexible mechanism for financing firms that were unable to use the capital market due to difficulties in admission to the stock exchange or dependence on banks.
With easier admission procedures, transparent and rapid dissemination of information, and the creation of an efficient and fair market, the Over-the-Counter Exchange allows companies to secure the financial resources they need through the issuance of securities. Its main mission is to help develop the capital market, diversify financial instruments, support start-ups, and increase public participation in investment.
Executive measures in the Knowledge Management Establishment Project
In 1404, a project was launched at Iran Over-the-Counter Exchange Company with the aim of fully institutionalizing knowledge management. First, by forming a project executive team, key areas and an initial pilot for the establishment of knowledge management were selected. Then, using internationally recognized models, the maturity of knowledge management in the OTC was accurately assessed, a dedicated SWOT matrix for knowledge management was developed, and a 3-year roadmap for knowledge management excellence was designed with clear and implementable prioritization.
In the structural section, a comprehensive tree of knowledge fields was extracted and a knowledge management steering committee was defined. With the aim of informing individuals, key and capable individuals were selected in all units to undergo more than 1,000 person-hours of general and specialized training. Also, an official identity card for the knowledge management process was developed based on the APQC framework so that knowledge management was registered as an official process in the organization's process system.
Finally, the comprehensive knowledge management system MTAShare 4.5 (equipped with an organizational social network and knowledge apparatus) was installed, localized, and launched with all knowledge cycle modules in the OTC, and its one-year support began.
