IRISA is today known as one of the leading companies in providing advanced services and solutions in the fields of industrial automation, information systems, digital transformation, network and infrastructure, cybersecurity, innovation and technology development. The company's services include the design and implementation of industrial and information systems, process optimization and providing specialized consulting for various industries.

Description of services provided in the implementation of the knowledge management system

In 1404, in accordance with the declared requirement of the respected IRISA company, first, by holding intensive workshops with senior managers and key experts, the comprehensive tree of the organization's knowledge fields was extracted and finalized. At the same time, subject matter experts were also accurately identified for each field to create a solid foundation for the organization's knowledge map and subsequent assessments. This knowledge tree is now used as the backbone of all knowledge management activities in pilot units and then the entire organization.
Next, the knowledge management governance structure and its comprehensive regulations were developed. Knowledge facilitators were selected and trained in all units, and their detailed job descriptions were written. One of the key and less frequently seen measures in Iranian projects was the design and approval of a comprehensive knowledge-based reward regulation that directly linked the motivation for creating, sharing, and applying knowledge to the performance evaluation and employee reward system.
Simultaneously with the structural measures, specialized training was provided to knowledge facilitators so that they could act as executive arms and develop the principles of identifying and recording experiences in a structured manner.
