The similarities of different categories of projects, the need to avoid project errors, the need to avoid errors in previous and parallel projects, the geographical distribution of experts, and projects led the organization to put knowledge management seriously on its agenda and, therefore, with MTA company. At the end of 2008, it signed a contract to implement a Knowledge Management Total Solution (KMTS) in two pilots. MTAShare is a significant part of that project.
